Information & Communication Technology Centre

The ICT Centre at COE Hong manages all information and communication technology infrastructure within the College. It supports digital learning, staff and student connectivity, and the College's online portal and web presence.

Services & Functions

  • Monitor and oversee the maintenance of all ICT facilities in the College.
  • Ensure compliance with due process in the usage of Step-B Cyber Café facilities.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and supervise ICT capacity-building programmes for staff and students.
  • Manage College internet connectivity and intranet services.
  • Provide ICT support for all schools and service units.
  • Manage the College portal and Management Information System (MIS).
  • Provide technical and professional ICT advice to College management.
