Adamawa State College of Education, Hong Constitutes New Staff School Management Committee
The Management of Adamawa State College of Education, Hong has approved the appointment of a new Staff School Management Committee to oversee the effective administration and development of the College Staff School.
The appointment, approved by the Provost and conveyed through the Office of the Registrar in a letter dated 21st July, 2026 with reference number ADSCOEH/S/ADM/36/IV/490, outlines the membership and terms of reference of the committee.
The newly constituted committee is chaired by Dr. Ibrahim Habu, while Mr. Zibite Kurwizi Welye, Head of Information Unit, will serve as the Secretary.

Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Representative
Mr. John Tizhe (Bursary Representative)
Mr. Umar T. Wazuwos (Works Representative)
Principal, Senior Secondary Section
Dr. Abubakar Zubairu
Dr. Daniel Maggawa Drambi
Mrs. Olufunmilayo Adetutu Oluremi
According to the appointment letter, the committee is expected to:
Recommend general policies for the effective administration and operation of the Staff School.
Serve as the regulating body on matters relating to policy and curriculum development.
Recommend policies for the overall development and advancement of the Staff School.
Implement Staff School-related policies formulated by the College Management.
Make any other recommendations that will enhance the growth and effective functioning of the Staff School.
The constitution of the committee reflects the commitment of the Management of Adamawa State College of Education, Hong, under the leadership of the Provost, Prof Benson Yusuf Baha to strengthening governance, promoting quality education, and ensuring the continued development of the College Staff School.
The Registrar, Alh Shuaibu Ahiwa on behalf of the College Management, wished the members a successful and rewarding tenure in the discharge of their responsibilities.
