HAPPY DEMOCRACY DAY MESSAGE
On behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff and Students of Adamawa State College of Education, Hong, I extend my warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to all Nigerians as we commemorate Democracy Day 2026.
This important day reminds us of the sacrifices made by our founding democrats and the collective responsibility we all share in sustaining democratic values, promoting national unity, and fostering peaceful coexistence.
As an institution dedicated to the training of future educators and leaders, we remain committed to nurturing responsible citizens who uphold the principles of justice, accountability, tolerance, and respect for the rule of law. Democracy thrives when citizens actively contribute to nation-building through hard work, integrity, and patriotism.
On this occasion, I wish to commend and appreciate the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for his visionary leadership, unwavering commitment to democratic governance, and remarkable investments in education, infrastructure, and human capital development across the state. His administration's dedication to improving the welfare of citizens and strengthening public institutions continues to inspire hope and progress in Adamawa State.
I therefore urge our staff and students to continue demonstrating excellence, discipline, and dedication in their respective duties, while contributing positively to the development of our College, Adamawa State, and Nigeria as a whole.
As we celebrate this year's Democracy Day, let us renew our commitment to peace, progress, and the strengthening of democratic institutions for the benefit of present and future generations.
